Owner of record: 43 <br /> Waterline, LLC. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper of <br /> general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on January 6, 2017 and January 13, 2017 a <br /> copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A §6 and the Town of Mashpee <br /> Zoning By-laws. <br /> Public Hearings were held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, January 25, 2017 at which time the following members of the Board of <br /> Appeals were present and sat in on this hearing; Chairman, Jonathan Furbush, Vice <br /> Chairman, William Blaisdell, Board Members, Ron Bonvie, and Scott Goldstein, and <br /> Associate Member, Brad Pittsley. <br /> Attorney Kevin Kirrane represented the applicants for the proposed house project. <br /> Also present was Tom Bunker, with BSS Design, and Marshal with Archi-Tech Design. <br /> Attorney Kirrane mentioned that he had originally filed a raze and replace application for <br /> this property months ago, but after going through the process, the applicants decided to <br /> propose minor alterations and renovations to the existing building. <br /> The plan depicted the proposed additions in the highlighted locations, but the <br /> substantial renovations relate more to the garage portion of the structure. The existing <br /> structure has a garage which faces inward towards the east,and they are proposing to rotate <br /> the garage facing Waterline Drive. That will enable the applicants to put a second floor on <br /> the new garage which would accommodate the renovations they are proposing. <br /> 1 <br />
