Board of Appeals Minutes - September 23, 1998 8. <br /> At the request of Attorney Fain Gildea, Mr. Stone and Mr. McElroy's applications are <br /> continued until October 14, 1998. <br /> OTHER BUSINESS: <br /> Review of Southport Special Permit <br /> Attorney Kevin Kirrane represented the applicant by stating the Board of Appeals had <br /> approved the Master Deed years ago. He submitted a revised Master Deed and related <br /> documents recorded with the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds with some of the <br /> following changes: <br /> 1. 55 year and older age requirement, according to the HOPA guidelines. <br /> 2. prohibition of time share interval ownership. <br /> 3. conveyance of a parcel of land consisting of 13 acres to the Town of Mashpee. <br /> 4. easements for road improvements. <br /> He indicated that the applicant has and continues to meet the conditions set forth in the <br /> Special Permit in order to proceed with the development and occupancy of Southport. <br /> Mr. Bonvie stated that the plans have been reviewed by Thomas Fudala of the Planning <br /> Board, <br /> Mr. Regan moved to accept the minutes of August 26, 1998. Mr, Nelson seconded. All <br /> agreed. <br /> Mr. Regan moved to appoint Mr. Nelson as Clerk of the Zoning Board of Appeals. Mr. <br /> Govoni seconded. All agreed. <br /> Mr. Regan moved to adjourn the meeting. Mr. Govoni seconded.
