TOWN Or. MASHPEE Board of Appeals Minutes Wednesday, July 22, 1998 The Mashpee Board of Appeals held a meeting on Wednesday, July 22, 1998, at 7:30 P.M. at the Mashpee Town Halt. Board members present were James E. Regan III, Vice Chairman; and Associate Members Robert G. Nelson, Richard T. Guerrera and James M. Dorgan. Board members absent were Edward M. Govoni, Chairman; Cheryl A. Hawver, Clerk; and Michael A. Makunas, Associate member. Building Inspector William F. Hauck was in attendance. L. Cl ig Hill TR. -Requests a Special Permit under Section 174-25.1.9 of the Zonin By-laws for the construction of a pier, ramp and float in Popponesset Bay on prope g 46, Black 24 located in an R-3 zoning district at 50 Popponesset Island Road (Map 1 Mashpee, MA. ) Members sitting; J. Regan, J. Dorgan, R. Nelson. John Slavinsky represented the applicant. The application has been approved by the Conservation Commission; Shellfish Warden Dick York and Harbor Master Perry Ellis. The applicant is staying underneath the 74 foot limit, No comments were received from abutters. Mr. Dorgan moved to grant the special permit subject to findings 1, 2, 5 of special permit. Mr. Nelson seconded. All agreed. Robert F. Mills - Requests a Special Permit under ,Section 174-20 of the Zoning By-laws for permission to demolish an existing structure and construct a single family dwelling on Property located in an R-5 zoning district at 131 Meetinghouse Road (Map 45, Block 8A) Mashpee, MA, (Owner of record: Helen L. and Laura Noyes). Members sitting: J. Regan,R. Guerrera, R. Nelson. Attorney Mills represented himself and explained that a trailer exists on the lot which the applicant wants to demolish to allow for the construction of a single family dwelling on the Property.
