Board of Appeals Minutes - July 22, 1998 <br /> 3. <br /> Michael MCue-Requests a Variance from Section 174-32 of the Zoning By-laws for <br /> Permission to construct a single family dwelling on an unpaved road on property located in <br /> an R-5 zoning district at 130 Wheeler Road (Map 49,Block 2)Mashpee, MA, (Owner of <br /> record: Charles W. and Linda M, Kubler). <br /> Members sitting: J. Dorgan, R. Nelson, J. Regan <br /> Mr. McCue represented himself, He got approval from Conservation Commission. The <br /> lot is 250 feet from a paved surface on Wheeler Road and the road consists of"traprock". <br /> The fire hydrant is located close to the corner of the lot. Mr. McCue stated that he had <br /> talked to the Fire Chief. No correspondence has been received from the Fire Department <br /> by the Board of Appeals. No comments were received from abutters. <br /> Mr. Dorgan moved to grant the variance. Mr, Nelson seconded. All agreed. <br /> Donald B'ssonnette -Requests a Variance from Section 174-25.1.9 of the Zoning By-laws <br /> for permission to exceed the 70 foot pier length limit to allow for a 100 foot pier, ramp <br /> and float on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 11 Harbor Ridge Drive(Map <br /> 104, Block 121)Mashpee, MA. (Owner of record: Mashpee Land Investment L.P.). <br /> Donald Bissonnette- Requests a Special Permit under Section 174-25.1.9 of the Zoning <br /> By-laws for the construction of a pier, ramp and float in Ockway Bay on property located <br /> in an R-3 zoning district at 11 Harbor Ridge Drive(Map 104, Block 12 1)Mashpee, MA. <br /> (Owner of record: Mashpee Land Investment L,P.). <br /> Members sitting; J. Regan,R. Guerrera, J. Dorgan <br /> Mr. Norman Hayes of BSC Group represented the applicant. He stated that the record <br /> plan had been permitted by the Conservation Commission, the CORE, Ferry Ellis, Rich <br /> York, Division of Marine Fisheries, Chapter 91. He further stated that the Harbor Master, <br /> the Conservation Administrator and Rich. York placed the locations of the floats and piers. <br /> There were recently two other docks and piers granted in that same area. The profile for <br /> the floats are 18 X 11, five-foot walkway and steps. No comments were received from <br /> abutters. <br /> Mr, Guerrera moved to grant the variance and special permit. Mr. Dorgan seconded.
