Hawver, Clerk; <br /> James E. Regan III, Vice Chairman and Associate Members Robert Nelson Ri <br /> char <br /> Guerrera, James M. Dorgan and Michael A. Makunas. Chairman Edward M. Govod <br /> absent. Building Inspector William F. Hauck was in attendance, ni was <br /> Patrick Coffey, Chairman of the Planning Board, addressed the Board and distributed <br /> minutes of the Planning Board Meeting where there was review of the land management <br /> plan and changes recommended by E. Govoni and R. Nelson in their meetin s with Board representatives. g th <br /> Dick 'n Ellie's Flea Market-Requests a renewal of Section 4 of the Modification <br /> f <br /> Special Permit 97-24 which states that "No structures of a permanent nature are to <br /> constructed, erected, or caused to be placed on the roe be <br /> coection with <br /> flea market. Merchandise, equipment, banners and other gear used <br /> use nnconnect on wilth <br /> the Flea Market are to be removed at the conclusion of each day's operation, Any poles <br /> which are to be used by the applicant to support tents are not to be considered structures <br /> for the purpose of this permit and canopies and tent sides used on these poles may <br /> overnight for the (1998) season. All tent canopies and sides are to be of uniform color. <br /> This condition is subject to renewal before the opening of the 1999 season." The Flea <br /> Market is located in a C_1 zoning district at 650 Falmouth Road (Map 81, Block 4 <br /> Mashpee, MA. (Owner of record, Charles M. Talanian, TR). ) <br /> Members sitting: C. Hawver, J. Regan, R. Nelson <br /> Mr. Wiseman represented the application. Ms. Hawver read a phone message received <br /> from Police Chief Przybylek stating that Mr. Wiseman had agreed that space at hfl <br /> ea <br /> market could be reserved for a teen drop in center for an after school program for teens. <br /> They would be supervised by police. <br /> Mr. Regan reviewed the conditions for improved trash pickup, permanent barrier at the <br /> Deer Crossing entrance and the police schedule. Mr. Nelson asked if Columbus Da <br /> Police were necessary and Mr. Wiseman asked that this be excluded because it has not <br /> been a busy weekend. Mr. Regan stated that the poles used for the tents should <br /> be <br /> removed at the end of the season. Mr. Hauck asked for the location of the teen enter and <br /> suggested the Board approve a site agreed upon by the Police Chief and Mr. Wiseman. <br />
