Town of Mashpee <br /> Board of Appeals <br /> Minutes <br /> July 23, 1997 <br /> The Mashpee Board of Appeals held a meeting on Wednesday, July 23, 1997 at 7:30 P.M, <br /> at the Mashpee Town Hall. Board Members present were Edward M. Govoni, Chairman; <br /> James E. Regan III, Vice-Chairman; Cheryl A. Hawver, Clerk and Associate Members <br /> Michael A. Makunas, James M. Dorgan, Robert G. Nelson and Richard T. Guerrera. <br /> Building inspector William F. Hauck was in attendance. <br /> Annual Reor anization-Ms. Hawver moved to nominate Edward M. Govoni as <br /> Chairman. Mr. Regan seconded. All agreed. Ms. Hawver moved to nominate James E. <br /> Regan III as Vice-Chairman. Mr. Govoni seconded. All agreed. Mr. Regan moved to <br /> nominate Cheryl A. Hawver as Clerk. Mr. Govoni seconded. All agreed. <br /> Town Clerk Jane Labute attended the meeting and the 1997 appointees were sworn in: <br /> James E, Regan III,Robert G. Nelson, Richard To Guerrera, James M, Dorgan and Elinor <br /> Walsh. <br /> Dunkin'Donuts -Requests a Special Permit under Sections 174-25.E.1, 174-25.E.2 and <br /> 174-25.H.5 of the Zoning By-laws for a donut and coffee shop with an accessory drive <br /> through window and one retail store on property located in a C-2 zoning district at 401 <br /> Main St. (Map 28,Block 10)Mashpee,MA, (Owner of record: Amancio S. Correia). <br /> Members sitting: E. Govoni, J. Regan, M. Makunas <br /> Mr. Govoni explained that the Board was preparing a Request for Proposal for a study of <br /> traffic and parking at the proposed Dunkin' Donuts, Mr. Makunas asked when the Board <br /> would discuss the situation and Mr. Govoni said it would be reviewed when the Board had <br /> more information from a consultant. Mr, Govoni moved to continue the hearing. Mr. <br /> Regan seconded. All agreed. <br /> Harwich Concrete Block -Requests a Special Permit under Sections 174-25,E.8 and 174- <br /> 51.0 of the Zoning By-laws to allow the outside storage of building materials and <br /> alteration to an existing sign on property located in a C-2 zoning district at 544 Main St. <br /> (Map 20, Block 24)Mashpee, MA. (Owner of record: Christopher S. Cushman, TR. <br /> JW.F. Trust). <br /> Members sitting: E. Govoni, J. Regan. C. Hawver <br /> P <br />
