Board of Appeals Minutes -May 28, 1997 4. <br /> Mr. Makunas moved to grant the modification of the Special Permit to allow the addition <br /> of a 4' x 15' ramp and 6' x 30' float to an existing 4' x 108' walkway on property located <br /> in an R-3 zoning district at 51 Waterline Drive South (Map 120, Block 145). Mr. Govoni <br /> seconded and stated that the permit will include the repair and maintenance of the <br /> structure in perpetuity. All agreed. <br /> Steven Hynds -Requests a Special Permit under Section 174-2519 of the Zoning By- <br /> laws for the construction of a pier, ramp and float on Little River on property located in an <br /> R-3 zoning district at 333 Monomoscoy Road (Map 120,Block 28)Mashpee, MA. <br /> Members sitting: E. Govoni, J. Regan, C. Hawver <br /> Engineer Steven Polumbo represented the applicant and presented revised plans for a 45' <br /> dock. He explained the dock was originally planned for 50' but that Conservation had <br /> requested the shortening of the dock by 5'. Perry Ellis and Rick York have approved the <br /> pians. Mr. Regan moved to grant the Special Permit, Ms. Hawver seconded. All agreed.. <br /> Samuel J. Mancuso -Requests a Special Permit under Section 174-25.1.9 of the Zoning <br /> By-laws for the construction of a dock on John's Pond on property located in an R-5 <br /> zoning district at 79 James Circle (Map 64, Block 39)Mashpee,MA. <br /> Members sitting: J. Regan, C. Hawver, R. Nelson <br /> Mr. Govoni stepped down for this hearing. Mr. Regan explained that the applicant had to <br /> be out of town and could not represent his application. Mr. Nelson requested additional <br /> plans. Ms. Hawver moved to continue to June 25, 1997 and request a site plan. Mr, <br /> Regan seconded.
