Board of Appeals Minutes -March 26, 1997 <br /> 4, <br /> Mr, Govoni stepped down from the Board. Mr. Makunas stepped down from the Board <br /> and left the room. Mr. Govoni represented G.A,P. Trust and explained that the Trust had <br /> recently closed a Cape Feed and Grain business and had outdoor space available for lease. <br /> He said they had 37 parking spaces and 5 tenants so that 12 to 16 spaces could be devoted <br /> to sale or lease of automobiles. He said there would be no maintenance of vehicles and <br /> never more than 10 on the property at one time. <br /> Ms. Hawver moved to grant the Special Permit with the condition that there would never <br /> be more than 10 vehicles on the lot and no maintenance would be done. Mr. Nelson <br /> seconded, All agreed. <br /> Felix Bosshard -Request for six-month extension to V-96-21 granted to Kostas Nenortas <br /> for property at 134 Pimlico Pond Road, <br /> Mr. Govoni moved to grant the six-month extension. Mr. Regan seconded. Ms. Hawver <br /> made the vote unanimous. <br /> Minutes-Mr, Govoni moved to accept the Minutes of March 12, Mr, Regan seconded. <br /> Ms. Hawver made the vote unanimous. <br /> Bonds -Mr. Hauck noted that he had not completed review of the Plymouth Savings <br /> Bank or 99 Restaurant for release of landscape bonds. This will be reviewed on April 23, <br /> Discussion -Dr. Elizabeth Petti, a resident of Popponesset, asked for discussion on the <br /> proposed zoning articles for adjoining lots in common ownership in Popponesset. She <br /> asked if the petition article could be changed at Town Meeting to eliminate the section on <br /> 30% lot coverage and it was suggested that she attend the Public Hearing on the zoning <br /> articles which will be conducted by the Planning Board, <br /> Mr. Nelson noted that zoning articles should not be using Assessor's Maps as legal <br /> references. Mr. Regan asked for a review of the new Sign by-laws, <br /> Elinor Walsh <br />
