Board of Appeals Minutes - January 22, 1997 <br /> 6. <br /> Mr. Storrs said that the lot slopes down at the rear. He said he would reduce the roof to <br /> 35' and then have a one foot parapet. He asked that Mr. Hauck be given instruction that <br /> the Variance was not required. Mr. GOvoni reviewed footnote 4. Mr. Hauck said an <br /> engineer should set the average grade and then measure the 35'. Mr. Govoni suggested <br /> that Mr. Storrs withdraw the Variance and Mr. Makunas said the Board can issue a Letter <br /> of Determination that a Variance is not required and that the height of the building to the <br /> peak can be 35' with additional parapets. <br /> Mr. Storrs requested a withdrawal of the Variance. <br /> Ms. Hawver moved to grant the Special Permit. Mr. Dorgan seconded. All agreed. <br /> Mr. Govoni moved to grant the withdrawal of the Variance and that the Board would <br /> issue a letter of determination. Ms. Hawver seconded. All agreed. <br /> C nthia Ann Roach -Requests a Special Permit under Sections 174-17, 174-20, 174-31 <br /> and 174-32 to allow the replacement of pre-existing non-conforming dwelling and shed <br /> with a new single family dwelling to be constructed on an unpaved road. The site is <br /> located in an R-5 zoning district at 64 Lake Avenue (Map 30, Block 58)Mashpee, MA. <br /> Members sitting; E. Govoni, R. Guerrera, M. Makunas <br /> Builder Randy Swetish presented revised plans. The Board determined that the lot should <br /> be cleared to the lot line and that the applicant maintain a 20' width and 13.6' height on <br /> Fuller St. to Oakley Road. <br /> Mr. Makunas moved to grant the Special Permit. Mr. Govoni seconded. All agreed. <br /> Meeting adjourned. <br /> Elinor Walsh <br />
