Board of Appeals Minutes - October 9, 1996 3 <br /> Donald R. Shapiro TR, - Requests a Variance from Section 174-31 of the Zoning By-laws <br /> for permission to vary the front setback and lot coverage requirements to allow the <br /> construction of a 461 square foot house addition on property located in an R-3 zoning <br /> district at 15 Tide Run (Map 126, Block 42) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Members sitting: E. Govoni, I Regan, C. Hawver <br /> Mr. Govoni moved to grant the Variance from 174-31 of 5.6 feet in the front setback and <br /> 30% upland lot coverage. Ms. Hawver seconded. All agreed. <br /> Minutes - September 25. The secretary noted that a correction was needed since there <br /> was an incomplete sentence. Mr. Govoni corrected the minutes. Ms. Hawver seconded. <br /> All agreed. <br /> Board Signatures - The Board reviewed correspondence from the Town Accountant on <br /> signatures for purchase orders.
