Board of Appeals Minutes - September 25, 1996 <br /> 4, <br /> Wm. Currie reviewed plans for an industrial building with undetermined tenants. He said <br /> he has reviewed the proposed uses and wants to apply for D-1, D-2, D-3, D-4 and D-5 <br /> and G-2, G-3, G-4, G-5 and withdraw G-1, G-6,7,8,9 and 10. He said he would like to <br /> apply for H-6 so that uses not outlined may be included. Mr. Hauck said it was for uses <br /> close to those mentioned. Mr. Govoni suggested withdrawing H-6. Mr. Hauck said <br /> manufacturing under G-5 would require further review by the Board and should be <br /> withdrawn and he also felt D-5 should be withdrawn. Mr. Govoni said that Design <br /> Review has not yet reviewed the landscaping but he presented a revised landscape plan. <br /> He mentioned that the applicant is required to screen the dumpster. <br /> Mr. Currie said they have improved the design of the front of the building and have <br /> attractive signs. Mr. Govoni said a bond would be required. Ms. Hawver moved to grant <br /> the Special Permit under Sections 174-25 D.1, D.2, D.3 and DA and 174-25 G.2, G.3 and <br /> GA with the condition that the plans be reviewed by the Design Review Committee and <br /> any revisions be returned to the Board of Appeals. The Board determined that a <br /> landscape bond of$5,000 be posted. Mr. Govoni mentioned that there would be a <br /> maximum of five rental units, Mr. Regan seconded. All agreed. <br /> Curtis L. Hendricks -Mr. Govoni stepped down. Mr. Regan moved to grant a one-year <br /> extension to the Special Permit of Curtis L. Hendricks filed November 15, 1995 to allow <br /> an extension to November 15, 1997, Mr. Dorgan seconded. Ms. Hawver made the vote <br /> unanimous. <br /> Minutes -Mr. Govoni moved to accept the Minutes of August 28.
