May I please raise a uh. . . <br /> Point of Order. The Chair appeared to be reading from a <br /> document . Um. . .Will a copy of that document be available? <br /> The Chairman: Yes, it will . <br /> Attorney Henchy: And was that document prepared prior to <br /> tonight ' s Hearing? <br /> The Chairman: Nope. Made it tonight, worked on it . This <br /> is with conversations with Town Counsel . <br /> Attorney Henchy: So that the. . . <br /> The Chairman: I mean, we had all the information, and what <br /> you submitted tonight other than the Plan, was uh. . . information <br /> that this Board had and has had for the last. . . I would say, two <br /> or three weeks. <br /> Attorney Henchy: So, the Board prepared what became. . . the <br /> Chair prepared what became the vote of the Board. . . <br /> The Chairman: I wrote down what I wanted to say, because I <br /> couldn' t memorize all this, I 'm not that clever. <br /> Attorney Henchy: So you. . .you had what you wanted to say <br /> made up prior to tonight ' s Hearing, sir? <br /> The Chairman: No. No, I knew what I wanted to say. I have <br /> all these issues that. . . that we finally agreed on that . . . that <br /> uh. . . I was going to state at this meeting. <br /> Attorney Henchy: I . . . I would like, with all respect, and I <br /> mean this respectfully, to register an Objection for the Minutes <br /> to what appears to have been made, a prejudged vote before all of <br /> the information was in. <br /> The Chairman: All the information was in. What you <br /> submitted to us we had. <br /> Attorney Henchy: All right. Thank you for your time. <br /> The Chairman: Okay. <br /> -9- <br />
