Board of Appeals Minutes - July 24, 1996 4 <br /> Mr. Govoni moved to grant the Special Permit subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1, comply with the Procedure for Winter Dry Storage of Power Boats (attached.) <br /> 2. subject to the provisions of the Fire Protection Standard for Marinas and <br /> Boatyards NFPA 303-5-2.1 (attached.) <br /> 3. comply with Fire Chief's request for a communication system (phone, cell <br /> phone) to be installed on site. <br /> 4, maintain corridors at least twenty feet wide to provide fire fighting apparatus <br /> access to all boats stored on premises <br /> 5. the Permit is subject to permission or authority to the Mashpee Water District, <br /> its agents and employees, to enter upon the property to conduct such <br /> inspections from time to time as it deems appropriate to verify compliance with <br /> all conditions and procedures by the Special Permit holder. <br /> 6. No washing, painting, scraping or other work of any nature to be performed on <br /> any boats on the premises. <br /> 7. The storage area will be fenced and the entrance gate will be kept locked. <br /> 8. The applicant shall present a landscape plan to the Design Review Committee <br /> for their approval. <br /> An and Thomas Bober -Request a Special Permit under Sections 174.5I.D and <br /> 174.55.B of the Zoning By-laws for permission to allow a 24 square foot sign in an I-1 <br /> zoning district on property located at 800 Falmouth Road (Map 88, Block 22, Lot 103A) <br /> Mashpee, MA, (Owner of record: Kevin P. Andrade). <br /> Members sitting: E. Govoni, J. Regan, C. Hawver <br /> Amy Bober represented her application and presented photos of the sign and informed the <br /> Board that she had been to the Design Review Committee who had asked that a border be <br /> added to the sign. She said that the sign was 5% of the building frontage but it exceeded <br /> 20 square feet. Mr. Regan moved to grant the Special Permit. Ms. Hawver seconded. <br /> All agreed. <br /> Plymouth Savings Bank - Requests a Variance from Section 174-31 of the Zoning By- <br /> laws for permission to vary the setback requirement in a C-1 zoning district on property <br /> located at 675 Falmouth Road (Map 81, Block 36) Mashpee, MA. (Owner of record: <br /> Cathy Chauvin TRS.) <br /> Plymouth Savings Bank - Requests a Special Permit under Section 174-17 of the Zoning <br /> By-laws for permission to expand an existing bank building with a 465 square foot <br /> addition on property located in a C-I zoning district at 675 Falmouth Road (Map 81, <br /> Block 36) Mashpee, MA. (Owner of record: Cathy Chauvin TRS.) <br /> Members sitting: E. Govoni, J. Regan, R. Nelson <br />
