Board of Appeals Minutes -February 28, 1996 4. <br /> Mr, Govoni said the building sign should be approved if it is back lit. Mr, Govoni moved <br /> to continue the hearings on the Variance and Special Permit to March 27. Mr. Marsters <br /> seconded. All agreed. Mr. Govoni suggested interested abutters attend the Design <br /> Review Committee meeting on March 27. <br /> Deer Crossing Associates -Request a Variance from Section 174-30 of the Zoning By- <br /> laws for permission to vary the setback requirements to allow for a 15' setback between <br /> Building A and Building C on property located in a C-1 zoning district at 681 Falmouth <br /> Road (Map 81, Block 23)Mashpee, MA, <br /> Deer Crossinm Associates -Request a Special Permit under Sections 174-17, 174-24C, <br /> 174-25.D.i and 174-25.H.6 for permission to expand Building A with a second floor <br /> addition of approximately 608 square feet on property located in a C-1 zoning district at <br /> 681 Falmouth Road (Map 81, Block 23)Mashpee,MA, <br /> Members sitting: E. Govoni, J. Regan, K. Marsters <br /> Attorney Robert Mills represented the applicant and asked the Board if a Variance was <br /> necessary since the building was not an accessory structure since the buildings are on <br /> separate lots. Mr. Govoni said a Variance was not necessary. He moved to approve the <br /> withdrawal of the Variance. Mr. Marsters seconded. All agreed. <br /> Mr. Mills explained that the second floor addition was for storage facilities for files. Mr. <br /> Regan moved to grant the Special Permit, Mr. Govoni seconded. All agreed. <br /> John J. Trotto -Mr. Govoni moved to continue to April 10, 1996 since the Conservation <br /> Commission decision has been continued. Mr. Marsters seconded. All agreed. <br /> William B. and Betse Ga ebin -Mr. Govoni moved to continue to March 13 and <br /> request an extension. Mr. Regan seconded. All agreed. <br /> Wallace and Jane Smith-Board agreed to withdrawal without prejudice. Application has <br /> .not been advertised. <br /> Gerald S. Epstein. -Mr. Govoni moved to grant a six-month extension in Mr. Epstein's <br /> Variance. Ms. Hawver seconded, Mr, Regan made the vote unanimous. <br /> Minutes - Mr. Govoni moved to accept the Minutes of January 17 and January 24, 1996, <br /> Ms. Hawver seconded.
