<br /> The lot is 6,500 sq. ft.,the existing lot coverage is 17.9%. The number of bedrooms
<br /> will remain the same as two bedrooms, and the septic system upgrade meets all Title V
<br /> requirements. The new house is basically the same size, and has been rotated slightly to
<br /> become square on the lot. It is now 25.1 ft. from Greenwood Rd., 37 ft. from Bearse Rd.
<br /> The side yard is now 15 ft., and what was 11.5 ft. is now 11.9 ft. from the rear property
<br /> line. The parking area is situated on top of the septic system.
<br /> In view of the foregoing, the Board determined the Petitioner met the criteria for a
<br /> Written Finding. Upon motion duly made and seconded at the Public Hearings on
<br /> Wednesday,December 14, 2016,the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously to issue
<br /> a Written Finding to Ellen J. Harris, to raze and replace a single-family dwelling on
<br /> property located at 41 Greenwood Road, Map 117 Parcel 312, Mashpee, MA, This is
<br /> conditioned upon on all department comments read into the record and the following;
<br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Written
<br /> Finding under Mass General Law 40A Section 6.
