Corderi Doc. #: 1195035 <br /> 67 Shore Drive Ctf #: 197497 <br /> (Map 117 Parcel 347) <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> A Petition was filed on November 4, 2016 by Rosemary E. Corded requesting a <br /> Written Finding under §174-17 of the Zoning Bylaws to raze and replace a single-family <br /> dwelling on property located in an R-3 Zoning District at 67 Shore Drive, Map 112 Parcel <br /> 20, Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A.Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper of <br /> general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on November 11, 2016 and November 18, <br /> 2016 a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A §6 and the Town of Mashpee <br /> Zoning By-laws. <br /> Public Hearings were held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, December 14, 2016 at which time the following members of the Board of <br /> Appeals were present; Vice Chairman, William Blaisdell, Board Members, Ron Bonvie, <br /> Dom DeBarros, and Scott Goldstein, and Associate Members, Brad Pittsley and Norman <br /> J. Gould. <br /> Attorney,Jeff Oppenheim,from Falmouth represented the homeowner for this raze <br /> and replace project. Also present was Denise Bonoli, Architect, and Tom Bunker, of BSS <br /> Design. Attorney Oppenheim provided the Board with a plot plan, house plans, and the <br /> setback information. He said that the new house, if approved, will only be slightly bigger, <br /> with a full basement. <br /> Mr. Tom Bunker, BSS Design presented the plot plan to the Board and pointed out <br /> the setback information provided by the Attorney. The lot coverage will remain within the <br /> zoning requirements, and the shed will be removed. Mr. Bunker said there will be a full <br /> basement with an impervious membrane against the foundation wall. There will be <br /> sufficient space for parking. <br /> There were no comments from the Board or audience. <br /> 1 <br />
