<br /> 4. Construction of the dwelling is contingent upon Board of Health final approval.
<br /> 5. Construction of the dwelling will conform to current building code requirements.
<br /> 6. There is adequate land area to provide sufficient parking and setbacks as may be
<br /> required.
<br /> 7. Conditioned upon the Conservation Department approval and comments read into
<br /> the record dated August 23, 2016, and Inspection Department comments read into
<br /> the record.
<br /> 8. Conditioned upon the Board of Health comments read into the record regarding =
<br /> revised building plans adjusting the 6 ft. opening, and a Title V plan submitted
<br /> obtained and approved.
<br /> In view of the foregoing, the Board determined the Petitioner met all conditions of
<br /> a Written Finding under Mass General Law 40A Section 6. Upon motion duly made and
<br /> seconded at the Public Hearings on Wednesday, September 14, 2016, the Zoning Board of
<br /> Appeals voted unanimously to issue a Written Finding with the following conditions; all
<br /> comments read into the record and submitted by the Board of Health, Conservation, and
<br /> Inspection Departments.
