<br /> Public Hearings were held on the continued Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on
<br /> Wednesday, July 13, 2016 at which time the following members of the Board of Appeals
<br /> were present; Chairman, Jonathan Furbush, Vice Chairman, William Blaisdell, Board
<br /> Members,Ron Bonvie,Dom DeBarros,and Scott Goldstein,and Associate Members,Brad
<br /> Pittsley and Norman J. Gould. Also present was Building Commissioner, Michael
<br /> Mendoza.
<br /> Chairman Furbush read a formal letter he received on 6117116 from Andrew
<br /> McManus, Conservation Agent into the record. "The proposed project at 21 Wilson's
<br /> Grove will not require a conservation permit. "
<br /> The subject property located at 21 Wilsons Grove is approximately 2,265 square
<br /> feet.
<br /> There were no abutters present.
<br /> In view of the foregoing, the Board determined the Petitioner met the criteria for a
<br /> Written Finding. Upon motion duly made and seconded at the Public Hearings on
<br /> Wednesday, July 13, 2016, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously to issue a
<br /> Written Finding and is conditioned on the following; A Certified Plot Plan:Name: David
