Gould. Also present was Building Commissioner, Michael <br /> Mendoza. <br /> Chairman Furbush read a formal letter he received on 6117116 from Andrew <br /> McManus, Conservation Agent into the record. "The proposed project at 21 Wilson's <br /> Grove will not require a conservation permit. " <br /> The subject property located at 21 Wilsons Grove is approximately 2,265 square <br /> feet. <br /> There were no abutters present. <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Board determined the Petitioner met the criteria for a <br /> Written Finding. Upon motion duly made and seconded at the Public Hearings on <br /> Wednesday, July 13, 2016, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously to issue a <br /> Written Finding and is conditioned on the following; A Certified Plot Plan:Name: David <br /> D'Alessandro, Location: 21 Wilsons Grove, Mashpee, MA.
