The rear structure was used as an"in-law suite", <br /> which was an illegal use to begin with. <br /> • You are interested in re-establishing this "in-law suite",but because it has been abandon for <br /> over 2 years, this is considered abandonment(§174-19). Which means that to re-establish <br /> this, you have to go before Site Plan Review and then to the Mashpee Zoning Board of <br /> Appeals. <br /> • The Board of Health informs me that the septic is designed for a 4 bedroom situation. <br /> I understand, per your email, that you do wish to avoid any meetings with other Boards,but the <br /> nature of this property is such that it is non-conforming and would require approvals that I cannot <br /> provide for the rear structure.
