It is my understanding that the <br /> Zoning Board of Appeals would like information on the following items. <br /> 1. An easement across the Delory salt marsh parcel for the pier portion <br /> of the proposed dock. This easement would be approximately 20'x100'. <br /> 2. Consult legal council to provide documentation on the ability to erect the <br /> proposed dock across 100' of salt marsh which has no principal structure on the property. <br /> This may be overcome with the easement noted above. The dock does begin on the Foley house property. <br /> 3. Obtain permission from the future Harbormaster for the Section 10A ramp and float <br /> as shown on the plan. The proposed dock appears not to be a hazard to navigation. <br /> 4.
