Egasti,Trustee <br /> 3 Cordwood Road (Map 112 Parcel. 3 <br /> Mashpec, MA 02649 <br /> V-2016-21 <br /> Chairman Furbush read the homeowner letter into the record dated 3/28116. <br /> In view. of the foregoing, the Board determined the Petitioner met the eriteria for a <br /> Variance. Upon motion duly made and seconded at the Public Hearings on Wednesday, <br /> May 11, 2016, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously to issue a 4 foot Variance <br /> of the 15 foot side yard setback and is conditioned upon the following,, <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a <br /> Variance under Mass General Lav 40A Section 10. Based on a plan titled <br /> Applicant: Jane H. The water connection to the garage/studio structure must be shut off <br /> during the winter months.
