Janice Walford seconded the motion. Tho <br /> motion was unanimously approved. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> 1 <br /> Status of Local Comprehensive Plan <br /> Gail Wilson reported that Planning Board Chairman Torry Fudala has placed on hold the <br /> completion of the Human Services Comprehensive Plan until after completion of the recently <br /> Town-approved professional assessment of the community's actual,human services needs and <br /> hoer the town can best address them. <br /> Diary Scanlan made a motion to approve placement of completion of the Human services <br /> Comprehensive flan on hold until after the professional assessment process is completed. <br /> James Long seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously approved. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> Relocation of the Human services Department office <br /> Gail Wilson reported that the Human Services Department office is relocating at the end of.dune, <br /> 2012, to the recently vacated Chamber of Commerce office location on Route 130-in Mashpee. <br /> Gail Wilson stated that she had visited the office with DPW Director Catherine Laurent and David <br /> Delvecchio, Information Technology Director, and met with Diary Lou about the office space. <br />
