Wasil for a Special Permit Renewal <br /> Case: SP-92-9 <br /> A Petition for a Special Permit renewal was filed by <br /> Edward R. Wasil requesting a renewal of Special Permit <br /> SP-84-03-01, Condition 14 . <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with <br /> Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by' <br /> publication in The Enterprise, a newspaper of general <br /> circulation in the Town of Mashpee on February 7 and February <br /> 14, 1992, a dopy of which is attached hereto and made a part <br /> hereof . <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition atthe Mashpee <br /> Town Hall on Wednesday, February 26, 1992 at 7 : 30 P.M. at which <br /> time the following members of the Board of Appeals were present <br /> and acting throughout : Michael A. Makunas, Cheryl A. Hawver <br /> and John J . Friel . <br /> Attorney Ron S. Jansson represented the applicant. He <br /> reviewed the history of the flea market permit and informed the ' <br /> Board that Mr. Wasil ' s lease term has been extended to <br /> December, 1992 . <br /> A letter was received from the Chief of Police requesting <br /> two paid detail police officers at the site. Comments were <br /> received from the Director of Public Works and the Town Planner <br /> suggesting improvements to the site and Donna' s Lane . Comments <br /> were received from the' Board of Health stating that they had no <br /> objection to the renewal and would consider a modification of <br /> Condition #14 regarding food sales at the site. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Mashpee Board of <br /> Appeals voted unanimously on March 11, 1992 to grant the <br /> renewal of the Special Permit subject to the following <br /> conditions : <br />
