Board of Appeals Minutes - November 18, 1992 4 . <br /> 16 . Same <br /> 17 . , 18, 19 Eliminate . <br /> 19 . "Signage for No Parking shall be maintained on the <br /> owner ' s property on Great Neck Road South. " <br /> Additional conditions : Mr. Friel said he did not need <br /> time limits on the permit but wanted to know phase plans and <br /> documents of record . Mr. Mindick suggested that the Board be <br /> advised of any substantial changes . Mr. Kirrane said changes <br /> such as the restaurant or golf course would require new <br /> permits . <br /> Mr. Friel suggested that a condition be added requiring <br /> applicant to inform the Board of any substantial change and <br /> that prior to the 1993 opening some of the work will <br /> commence on improvements to the parking area . Mr. Talanian <br /> responded that he would do what he could depending on the <br /> perimeter work . Mr . Friel said curb cuts would be done in <br /> spring . There was discussion of parking on Route 28 side <br /> near Donna ' s Lane . <br /> Mr. Friel moved to agree in principal to transfer <br /> Special Permit 84-03-01 most recently modified by Special <br /> Permit 92-9 issued to Edward R . Wasil , to Charles M . <br /> Talanian, Trustee, Chatal Realty Trust subject to the above <br /> conditions pending having them put in written form and reviewed <br /> and accepted by both parties . Mr . Govoni seconded . All <br /> agreed . <br /> Other Business <br /> 1 . Mr . Friel notified Mr . Hauck that a violation exists <br /> on the Koulouris property at 73 Shore Drive . <br /> 2 . There was discussion of the decision on James Sivco <br /> and his request to have an amended Decision including the <br /> actual side line setbacks as well as the Variance <br /> measurements . Mr. Friel moved to amend the Decision . Mr . <br /> Mindick seconded . All agreed . <br /> 3 . Chop ' n Block - Building Inspector had asked for <br /> interpretation of the Special Permit . Mr. Makunas said the <br /> intention was to allow them to chop wood on the site . Mr. <br /> Makunas suggested that the Minutes of the Chop ' n Block <br /> hearings be sent to Mr. Hauck . <br /> 4 . Mr. Govoni moved to accept Minutes of October 14 and <br /> October 28, 1992 . <br /> 5 . Mr. Makunas questioned Mr. Hauck on the memo <br /> reporting Design Review action on the True Value Hardware . <br /> 6 . Mr. Friel requested that a memo be sent to the <br /> Selectmen requesting a meeting with Town Counsel . <br /> 7 . Mr. Hauck asked if a Special Permit was required for <br /> a 2, 000 sf medical office at Madaket Place . The Board <br /> informed him it was . <br /> Mr. Govoni moved to adjourn at 9 : 45 P.M.
