He explained <br /> that once the house was staked out, they felt that aesthetically the hou:_e <br /> was too close to the next and they would life to ;Aide the house closer to <br /> Quahog Ct. The original variance was twenty feet from the side: line and <br /> would now be 32.5 feet from lot 70. On the other Side, instead of 41 feet, <br /> now it would be 28 feet. And fifteen feet rather than 27 feet on <br /> Hammerhead. <br /> Mr. Hauck advised that forty feet was needed on the water. <br /> Nr. Govoni made a motion to grant two dimension, one of 14' feet and <br /> one of 25 feet. Nr. C 1i ndr ck seconded. They plan to move their <br /> bookstore to this property and also leave office space in this building_ The <br /> plans for bridging the bathrooms up to code, wheelchair ramp in rear and <br /> parking spaces were discussed. fir.
