Mr. Streibert said that according <br /> to his calculations there were 1, 755 sf for house, garage and <br /> existing deck . A 12 x 24 ' deck would result in 22 . 2% coverage . <br /> Mr. Makunas said he had no problem with the Variance since the lot <br /> was surrounded by Conservation land . <br /> Mr. Friel moved to grant the Special Permit and the Variance with <br /> lot coverage not to exceed 22 . 2% and that applicant submit revised <br /> plans with documentation of lot coverage on the plan. Mr. Makunas <br /> seconded . He asked Mr. <br /> Makunas if Mr. Zammer had appeared before Design Review and Mr. <br /> Makunas said there was a meeting this evening and Mr. Zammer did <br /> not appear. Mr. Zammer said he was not informed of the meeting <br /> and Mr. Hauck said he had been notified . Mr. Hauck said that <br /> since this application now seems to be permanent they should have <br /> a full presentation with building size, landscaping, etc . <br /> Mr . Friel noted that a Special Permit had been issued in July with <br /> reasonable conditions and they had not been complied with . <br /> Brian Gildea, attorney for Mr. Zammer, said that there was no plot <br /> plan in the Fields Point files . Mr. Zammer said he had not been <br /> able to get plans completed earlier. Mr. Friel said the plan did <br /> not show the complete lot. Mr. Zammer said plans were done to Mr. <br /> Taylor' s request and plan was .to block off one curb cuts with <br /> sawhorses . He said he had shown up for one Design Review meeting <br /> when Town Hall was closed . <br />
