Board of Appeals Minutes - July 15, 1992 3 . <br /> the by-laws and said he did not understand why he could sell <br /> one type of food and not another. <br /> Mr. Friel explained that the Board must act under the current <br /> by-laws . Lynn Lerman, a member of the audience, spoke in <br /> favor of the stand and said it was a great convenience. <br /> William Hauck explained that Mr. Zammer did not properly <br /> apply for the Permit and he had no plan on file and should <br /> have applied for the modification three months ago. <br /> Mr . Zammer said he had a septic plan and Mr. Hauck said he <br /> required a plan with the stands included. Mr. Friel <br /> explained that this was an expansion of the use and Mr. <br /> Makunas asked if the Design Review Committee had approved the <br /> plan . <br /> Mr . Govoni and Mr. Friel expressed concern on traffic <br /> conditions at the site and both agreed that the DPW Director <br /> and Field' s Point should review the problems and report back <br /> to the Board. <br /> Mr . Makunas moved to grant the request for the outdoor sale <br /> of produce and flowers under Section 174-25 .F. 5 of the Zoning <br /> By-laws with the following conditions : <br /> 1 . applicant to submit an engineer' s pian which shows <br /> structures, parking, curb cuts, and any improvements in the <br /> appearance or landscaping <br /> 2 . applicant to appear before the Design Review <br /> Committee for approval of plans <br /> 3 . applicant to review curb cuts with the State DPW and <br /> Gregory Taylor, Director of Mashpee Public Works . <br /> 4 . applicant to report back to the Board within 30 days <br /> but stand may operate during this period. <br /> Mr. Friel called a recess at 8: 10 P.M. Board reconvened at <br /> 8 : 20 P .M. <br /> W. R. Harvey d/b/a Mashpee Storage - Requests a Special <br /> Permit under Section 174-25 .G. 7 of the Zoning By-laws for <br /> permission to operate a U-Haul Truck Rental Outlet in an 1-1 <br /> zoning district on property located at 848 Falmouth Road (Map <br /> 88, Block 2A) Mashpee, MA. (Owner of record: G. Hoaward <br /> Hayes TR) . <br /> Members sitting: J. Friel, M. Makunas, E. Govoni <br />
