Board of Appeals Minutes - July 15, 1992 7 . <br /> PECO INC. <br /> Members sitting: J. Friel, M. Makunas, E. Govoni <br /> The Board was informed by Craig Weedon of Bayport Homes that <br /> an engineering error had been discovered in Variance 91-34 . <br /> Mr . Makunas moved to amend the Decision to allow for a 19 . 2 ' <br /> setback from Tobisset Court. The Variance is referenced by <br /> plans of Eagle Surveying dated June 12, 1992 . Mr . Govoni <br /> seconded. All agreed. <br /> PRISTINE SPRINGS (From June 10, 1992 ) <br /> Members sitting: J. Friel, M. Makunas, E. Govoni <br /> Mr . Makunas moved to deny the application without prejudice . <br /> Mr . Govoni seconded. All agreed. <br /> Mr . Friel called a recess at 9 : 15 P .M. Meeting reconvened at <br /> 9 : 30 P .M. <br /> FREDERIC BLYTHE CONT. <br /> Mr . Henchy said that during the recess there was discussion <br /> that there not be more than 2 boats on the dock and the <br /> applicant has no objection to have the permit conditioned for <br /> 2 boats . <br /> Clifford Dallmeyer said he was more adamantly against it . He <br /> said the boats will be resting on the ground. He questioned <br /> how Mr . Reidy' s property could ever have a dock . He said 'that <br /> the Blythe dock appeared overnight one time and asked if this <br /> was the extension of a permit. Mr . Makunas replied that this <br /> was a new application. <br /> Mr . Friel said that Lot C does not have a dock and asked if <br /> Mr. Blythe would agree not oppose his rights if a Variance <br /> were required. Mr. Henchy agreed. <br /> Mr. Makunas discussed the rights of abutters. Mr. Govoni <br /> asked if floats would be removed in winter and Mr . Blythe <br /> said this was required by Conservation. <br /> Mr . Makunas stated that the abutter who is most affected by <br /> the project is not present or represented and he would like <br /> to make sure his comments are received. Mr. Friel suggested <br /> that the other members might make a site visit. Mr. Makunas <br /> suggested Mr. Henchy meet with Mr. McDermott. <br /> Mr. Makunas moved to take it under advisement. Mar. Govoni <br /> seconded. All agreed. The Board agreed to review the <br /> application at August 12 meeting. <br />
