Mr. Govoni seconded. All <br /> agreed. The Board reconvened at 9:10 P.M. <br /> Discussion <br /> 1 . Robert Mills -- James Circle Realty Trust <br /> Mr. Govoni and Mr. Makunas stepped down from the Board and left the room. <br /> Mr. Friel announced that he, Cheryl Hawver and Arnold Mindick would be the <br /> sitting members for this discussion. <br /> Attorney Mills explained that he may have been in error in applications for <br /> Variances in requesting variances in lot size and frontage and should have <br /> included the requested 15' side line setback. He explained that these 16 <br /> lots are larger than most in John's Pond. <br /> Mr. Friel and Ms. Hawver both agreed that they had intended these lots to <br /> conform to original zoning in the area and Mr. Mindick agreed. Mr. Friel <br /> stated that the Board would file a modification to the Variances. <br /> Mr. Mills asked if sidelines could conform to R-3 zoning. <br /> 2. Joseph Tarabelli <br /> Mr. Tarabelli said he had been cited by the Building Inspecctor and he <br /> explained that during the demolition of the building he found that the termite <br /> damage was such that the walls had to be removed. Mr. Makunas moved that <br /> the Board is satisfied that there is no violation. Mr. Govoni seconded. <br /> All agreed. <br /> 3. Pristine Springs - Board had not received further information. <br /> Minutes - Mr. Govoni moved to accept the minutes of May 27 and June 10, 1992. <br /> Mr. Makunas seconded. All agreed. <br /> Legal Services - Mr. Friel discussed need for legal counsel to advise the - <br /> Board as well as revise some of the by-laws. Mr. Makunas stated that he <br /> felt Joseph Reardon has served the Town well. Mr. Govoni asked what <br /> procedures should be used and Mr. Friel said the Board should approach the <br /> Selectmen. <br /> Mr. Friel said that recent changes in the laws on non--confora3ing structures <br /> should be reviewed. There was discussion of pending litigation on the Wasil <br /> permit and Mr. Makunas said the Board should consider costs to the Town. <br /> He said he considered the Wasil permit as separate from the new application <br /> from Charles Talanian. <br /> Mr. Govoni moved to adjourn at 9:45 P.m.
