Board of Appeals Minutes - March 25, 1992 2. <br /> Mr. DeGregorio said there was about 5' of water at the float. Mr. Makunas <br /> noted that the Conservation Commission had no objections and Patrick Coffey <br /> of the Conservation Commission confirmed their approval of the elevated <br /> walkway and location. <br /> Mr. Govoni moved to accept the request for withdrawal of the variance <br /> application without prejudice. Mr. Friel seconded. All agreed. <br /> Mr. Govoni moved to grant the Special Permit as written. Mr. Friel seconded. <br /> All agreed. Mr. Makunas asked that the drawing and structure plans be <br /> included in the record. <br /> Thomas F. and Bonnie A. Smith - Request a Special Permit under Section <br /> 174-25.1.1 of the Zoning By-laws for permission to construct a garage in <br /> an R-3 zoning district on property located at 266 Monomoscoy Road (Map 120, <br /> Block 57B) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Members sitting: M. Makunas, J. Friel and E. Govoni <br /> Engineer Charles Spahr represented the applicant and presented plans for <br /> a garage. Mr. Makunas asked what residence is the garage to be used with <br /> and Mr. Spohr explained that Mr. Smith had a house in the area but did not <br /> have sufficient land there for a garage. Mr. Friel stated the drawing showed <br /> a house and a garage. Mr. Boyd explained that the owner could not get a <br /> well and septic system on the lot and the second floor could only be used <br /> for storage. He said he could not accept the plans for a building permit <br /> unless there were no petitions on the second floor. <br /> Mr. Makunas said the neighborhood was a residential neighborhood and this <br /> use was industrial. Mr. Friel questioned if paint trucks would be stored <br /> there and stated garage was oversized for the house. <br /> Mr. Friel moved to deny the application without prejudice. Mr. Govoni <br /> seconded. All agreed. <br /> Falmouth Ob-G Associates Inc. - Request a Special Permit under Section. <br /> 174-25.D.2 of the Zoning By-laws for permission to operate a medical office <br /> in an I-1 zoning district on property located at 133 Falmouth Road (Map 54, <br /> Block 3) Mashpee, MA. (Owner of record: Robert E. and Richard L. Terry <br /> and Michael A. Dunning TRS) . <br /> Members sitting: M. Makunas, J. Friel, and E. Govoni <br /> Attorney Kevin Kirrane represented the applicant and explained that 1 ,400 <br /> sf of office space would be used for traditional medical offices. <br /> Mr. Govoni moved to grant the Special Permit. Mr. Friel seconded. All <br /> agreed. <br />
