Town of Mashpee <br /> a ° " 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts 02649 <br /> BOARD OF ASSESSORS — PUBLIC SESSION MINUTES <br /> Mashpee Town Hall —Wednesday, March 28, 2018 <br /> Assessor's Office — 6 p.m. <br /> Board Members Present: Also Present: <br /> Paul Andrews, Chairman Jason Streebel, Director of Assessing <br /> Gregg Fraser, Vice Chairman <br /> John Bartos, Board Member <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> Chairman Andrews called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENTS — No public comment. <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> Gregg Fraser motioned to approve the Public Session minutes of February 15, 2018 as <br /> presented. John Bartos seconded the motion. <br /> VOTE: Yes-3 <br /> Roll Call Vote: Paul Andrews, yes; Gregg Fraser, yes; John Bartos, yes <br /> OLD BUSINESS: none <br /> Departmental Update: The Director informed the Board that PILOT payment notices would <br /> be issued at the end of the month. Also, that all residential permits affecting the FYI <br /> assessments have been completed. There had been some phone calls and Facebook chatter <br /> regarding the inspections and verification of their legitimacy. He also updated the Board that <br /> the release of the State Owned Land appraisals was imminent. Mr. Streebel told the Board <br /> that he had attended the Management Rights training and that he and Asst. Director, Mark <br /> Benoit would be attending a workshop on controlling excessive absenteeism tomorrow. <br /> EXECUTIVE SESSION: Gregg Fraser motioned to enter Executive Session at 6:05 pm to <br /> discuss the abatement application, which is not public record, of Katherine D. Howe — 76 <br /> Spoondrift Way. John Bartos seconded the motion. <br /> VOTE: Yes-3 <br /> Roil Call Vote: Paul Andrews, yes; Gregg Fraser, yes; John Bartos, yes <br /> The Board returned to Regular Session at 6:12 pm. <br /> - 1 - <br />
