Mr. Kirrane suggested a possible reduction of width if 32 feet is the problem, In reference to the pool Mr, Makunas questioned the shape and thought rectangle shape would lessen the impact. Mr, Makunas stated that hardship must be shown and Mr, Kirrane stated that the pool was for medical reasons, Mr. Makunas said evidence of such would need to be presented, Mr. Sanicki proposed modifying dock to 24' x 8.5' with 8' back to mooring piling. This was presented with an option -- if the Army Corp of Engineers does not allow the alternate plan would keep the same alignment, drop the mooring piling and the dock would go back to 32'. Mr. Makunas made the motion to grant the dock portion of this application as requested and presented in the revised plans by Mr . Sanicki , Seconded by Mrs. Hawver. Ali in favor. Mr, Makunas made the motion that the portion of this application involving the pool would be taken under advisement pending submission of proof of hardship from doctor, Seconded by Mrs. Hawver. All in favor, New business - Attorney William Henchy appeared before the board representing Quashnet Woods, Mr. Henchy is getting project ready to go before Cape Cod Commission , Mr, Henchy is. looking for local support and feels this should not be subject to review by the Cape Cod Commission . Mr. Makunas suggested Mr. Henchy draft a letter of support for the board's review. Mr. Makunas made a motion that the board write a letter detailing the board's feelings after receiving suggested draft from Mr, Henchy, Mrs. Hawver seconded. All in favor.
