Also, excessive paper usage- was <br /> discussed. Mr. MacDonald assured her every effort will be made to <br /> decrease by paper usage by using more duplexing methods at the <br /> schools. <br /> 7.5.1 Budget 'Transfer - Due to an error in accessing payroll <br /> accounts when the school year began, Mr. MacDonald <br /> recommended an FY98 budget transfer- as listed below: <br /> From.- <br /> Function <br /> rom:`unction 2200, line item 947 - Ids Office $12309-55 . <br /> To: <br /> Function 2700, lime item 1061 - HS Guidance office $1,309.55 <br /> Notion made by Mrs. Lynch, seconded by Mrs. Mills, to approve <br /> the recommendation. <br /> TE: Unanimous <br /> 7.6 Out-of-State Conference Reuss Mr. MacDonald <br /> addressed this issue regarding out-of-state conferences for staff <br /> members. 'There are currently two requests for out-of-state travel, <br /> one from Amy Cross traveling to Nashua, NH and the other from <br /> John Harrington to New Jersey. <br /> Mrs. Mills asked to have the out-of=-state travel policy reviewed. <br /> She agreed to hire substitute teachers but declined to find any <br /> registration fees in the future. <br /> Motion made by Mrs. Lynch, seconded by Ms. Macdonald, to <br /> approve out-of-state travel for the above. <br /> VOTE: nanimous <br /> 7.7 December Suspensions - Mr. MacDonald informed the <br /> Committee there were 21 suspensions at the high school level with <br /> Saturday School suspensions for the month of December. <br /> 7.8 PALMS Leadership - Bob wile - Discussed earlier in the <br /> meeting. <br />
