MASHP B SCHOOL COMMITTEE <br /> EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> APRIL 27, 1999 <br /> Minutes <br /> Attendees: Chairwoman Theresa Cook, Maryanne Macdonald, I athleen- <br /> Lyn h, and Janie Mills. Stephen Paxton arrived at 8:00 p.m. <br /> Mrs. Cool, called the meeting to order at 7:09 p.m. in high school room <br /> 103. <br /> Motion made by Mrs. Lynch, seconded by Ms. Macdonald, to move into <br /> executive session at 7:10 p.m. to discuss a parental complaint and a <br /> update on the contract negotiations sessions. <br /> The discussion' focused on Mrs. Lynch up dating the Committee on the <br /> urgent status of contract negotiations. <br /> At this point of the executive session., 8:00 p.m., the following <br /> participants arrived. They were: School Attorney William Butler, <br /> Association Representative Hoary Burbine, Association President 'Ted <br /> O'Rourke,e, Athletic. Director Michael -Horne, John Harrington, and Carl <br /> Taylor. <br /> Ir. Taylor addressed- the Committee on his concerns regarding a <br /> baseball issue involving his sore. <br /> Motion made by Mrs. Lynch, seconded by,Mrs. 'Mills, to move out of <br /> executive session at :,55 . . <br /> ROLL CALL NOTE: In favor - Mrs. Cook, Ms. Macdonald, Mr. Paxton, <br /> Mrs. Lynch, and Mrs. Mills; opposed - none. <br /> Motion made by i ls.,Macdonald, seconded by Mrs. Lynch, to adjourn the <br /> meeting at 8:56 p.m. <br /> NOTE: Unanimous <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Marjorie I .
