Close Public Input Mrs. Lynch closed the public input portion of the public hearing. <br /> VII. Approval/ Motion made by Mrs. Cook, seconded by Ms. Macdonald, to approve the <br /> Disapproval FY2000 budget figure of$12,300,000. <br /> of FY2000 Budget VOTE: Unanimous <br /> Motion made by Mrs. Cook, seconded by Ms. Macdonald, to accept the <br /> $500,000 in October the Board of Selectmen is willing to take from free <br /> cash to assist the School Department pending the teachers' association <br /> negotiations. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous <br /> Mr. Fluery urged all voters in the Town of Mashpee to vote in October in <br /> favor of the additional $500,000 earmarked for the School Department. <br /> Otherwise, the full-day kindergarten program will be reduced to a one-half <br /> day program and user's fees will be continued for athletics. <br /> VIII.
