r MAS pBB SCHOOL COMMITTEE i EXECUTIVE SESSION JULY 12t 1999 Minutes Attendees: Chairwoman Kathleen Lynch, Janice Mills, Maryanne Macdonald, Theresa Cook, and Stephen Paxton. Also in attendance was Superintendent of Schools Sherwood Fluery. Mrs. lynch called the executive session to order at 9':35 p.m. in high school conference room B103. Topics of discussion included the following: • Business Manager • Athletic Director • Starting salaries for teachers * Mike Pietrowski's salary • Ion-union employees Mrs. Cook excused herself from the e ecutive session at 9:35 p.m. The additional following issues were discussed.- Superintendent iscussed:Superintendent office staff salanies • Network Administrator • School Facilities Supervisor Motion made by Ms. Macdonald,' seconded by Mrs. Mills, for the following: • Superintendent's Secretary and Bookkeeper - 1999-2000 salary increase - % • Personnel Clerk andpart-fie bookkeeping clerk- 1999-2000 - step only increase School Facilities Supervisor - 1999-2000 salary increase - and increase of vacation days to 15 per year and sick clays to 1 per year. 0 Network vork Administrator- 10% realignment and % for 1999-2000 salary ROLL CALL NO'T'E: -In favor- Mrs. Lynch, Ms. MacdonaldY Mrs. Mills, and Mr. Paxton-, opposed -- none.
