All <br /> school administrators will be attending. <br /> As a follow-up to the workshop, system-wide building audit <br /> will take Place during the December break. <br /> Coombs School: <br /> The wooden Playground reeds to be replaced soon. Some of <br /> the attachments have been removed or blocked ed off. The <br /> manufacturer is no longer in business so the replacement <br /> Parts are not available. <br /> Quashnet Schools: <br /> The environmental air compressor will be replaced during the <br /> December break. (Rebuilding the existing 2 l-year--old unit is <br /> no longer feasible. <br /> System-Wide: <br /> Chris N rcott of N r ott Landscape Management will begin a <br /> three-year grounds contract on January 1, 2000. A more <br /> flexible schedule for turf maintenance has been worked out <br /> that is better suited to the individual needs of each sporting <br /> event. Also, a cost estimate for continuing infield <br /> maintenance through the sunnier months at the high school <br /> and elementary schools will be available soon. <br /> Mrs. Lynch if any fundraising .activities have taken place for <br /> the wooden playground at the Coombs school. The answer <br /> was "No." <br /> Also, kudos to Mr. Cook from the Committee as Mashpee <br /> being the only school district that uses the Integrated Pest <br /> r Management approach where least toxic solutions are used. <br /> 7.5 Correspondence from Finance Committee dated <br />' October 26, 1999 - Mr. F'luery noted responses have been <br />:. made to the Finance Committee's request for the following: <br /> 1) End--of=-Year expenditure of$298,778 <br /> 2 Nein staff and salaries <br /> 3 Kindergarten enrollments <br />
