A tax credit is a dollar-for-dollar <br /> reduction of an entity's Federal tax burden. Check with your Tax Accounting Group. <br /> Accelerated Depreciation: There are separate incentives for solar equipment depending on <br /> whether it will be put to use on a commercial or residential property. For businesses, when <br /> combined with incentives for accelerated q <br /> depreciation of solar equipment, these credits can <br /> P <br /> help reduce the capital cost of new solar energy equipment by up to 60%. Check with your <br /> Tax Accounting Group. <br /> If you do not qualify for the above incentives, you may want to check with your state for other <br /> possible incentives through the Renewable Portfolio Program for your state, and with your <br /> power company for rebates when displacing the need for power from the grid. The cost per year is locked in <br /> and insulated from inflation. A Maintenance and Support Plan is included (all hardware and <br /> software updates, water testing, service work and parts replacement) with a LTR contract. <br /> Payment Terms for LTR Program Agreement: <br /> The above rental cost is based on the customer receiving one (1) invoice every year, and <br /> making one payment per year. If monthly invoices and/or monthly payments are preferred, <br /> please contact SolarBee, Inc. for the exact figure. <br />
