MASHPEE SCHOOL COMMITTEE - REGULAR MEETING -APRIL 5,, 2000 PAGE f 0.2.6 Boosters Club - Mrs. Cook reported that the Post Prom Party discussions are continuing; Daffodil Days will be May and 7; the Touchdown Club has a new executive board; the next Boosters Club meeting is April 12th. 10.2.7 Menu Advisory Council - Ms. Macdonald said there has been no meeting since the last School Committee meeting. X1. Other Mrs. Lynch said a music meeting was held for parents on April 4th regarding the Pull-out of children curing the clay. The Music Committee's next meeting is set for April 13 t. 3:45 p.m. X1I. Executive Session Motion made by Mrs. Cook, seconded by Mrs. Mills, to move into executive session at 9:20 p.m. Discussion will be negotiations, the transportation contract and lease of office space for the Superintendent" office, Roll CaU Vote: In favor - Mrs. Lynch, Mrs. Mills, Ms. Macdonald, Mrs. Cook, and Mr. Paxton; opposed - none. Upon exiting executive session, the Committee voted on the following issues: Superintendent's Office Positions.- Receptionist ositions.Receptionist - Motion made by Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cook, to host this position. The pay rate will be investigated further b Mr. McGo rn. VOTE: Unanimous Accounts Payable/Grants - Motion made by Ms. Macdonald, seconded by Mrs. Mills, to approve posting this position. VOTE: Unanimous t Transportation Contract. Motion made by Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cook, to award the transportation contract to' Bruce Transportation Group, Inc. as follows: 2000-2001 $ 48'7,350 2001-2002 $ 49 7,0"70 2002-2003 - $ 507,060 2003-2004 $ 5 17,320 2004-2005 -_ $ 527,580 TOTAL $2536,380 VOTE: Unanimous The lease agreement. the Superintendent's Office and the water District will be "on hold" until costs are obtained.
