Meeting Called Mrs. Lynch called the regular meeting to order at 7:10 p.m. <br /> to order in high school conference room B l <br /> 11. Approval of I l Re lar Meetln ---A ri 15., 2 0 00—Motion made by <br /> Minutes Mrs. Cook, seconded by Mr. Paxton, to approve the <br /> minutes of the regular meeting held on Apr'l 5, 2000. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous <br /> . Executive Session— A *1 2000--Motion made by <br /> Mrs. Cook, seconded by Mr. Paxton, to approve the <br /> minute 'of the executive session held on April 5, 2000. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous <br /> l[H. Public Forum Finance Committee rr ,dnber, Dean Arden indicated that he <br /> inadvertently miscalculated the distribution of teacher <br /> salaries in a forthcoming newspaper article relative to costs <br /> associated with per pupil expenditures. He apologized for <br /> the incorrect information. <br /> fV. Acknowledge- Mrs. Lynch acknowledged the following awards; <br /> ments 4.1 Veteran's for Peace and Children's Peace Project on <br /> Cgpe Cod Peace week Poet The winners were Quashnet <br /> River School —Grade 6. Kaitlin Deckel, Jake Regan; <br /> Grade 4— Andrew Reichel,Kylie Whitaker, Amanda <br /> Donoghue; Coombs School —Grade 5, Daniel Rubinton <br /> .2 Cape & Islands Children's Charity, Inc. <br /> Young Authors" Contest Second Place winner--Grade <br /> Megan Reichel, :'Legend of the Cranberry" <br />
