F <br /> t <br /> MASHPEE SCHOOL COMMITTEE <br /> EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> DECEMBER 6, 2000 <br /> Minutes <br /> Attendees: Chairwoman Janice Mills, Theresa Cook, Donna an Lopez, Ben Caswell, and <br /> Kathleen en Lynch. Also in attendance were School Attorney William F. Butler, Superintendent of <br /> Schools Sherwood Flu ry and Business Administrator Fuss McGo vn. <br /> The executive session was called to order by Mrs. Mills at :30 p.m. in the Quashnet School <br /> Teachers' Lounge. <br /> Topics of discussion included the following: <br /> 1. A memo from Brian Hyde dated November l 1, 2000 delineating unresolved <br /> negotiation issues. <br /> Attorney Butler reviewed and recommended resolutions to these concerns from <br /> Mr. Hyde and the Teachers'Association. <br /> Upon completion of review, a motion was made by Mrs. Lynch, seconded by Mrs. <br /> Cool, to approve Attorney Butler's recommendations to Mr. Hyde's memo as <br /> presented. <br /> Roll CallVote: In favor - Mrs. Mills, Mrs. Cool, Mrs. Lopez, Mr. Caswell, and <br /> Mrs. Lynch; opposed - none. <br /> 2. Updates were given on arbitration cases. <br /> . Update on a special education case was also given. <br /> . Mrs. Lynch requested a printout ofthe Superintendent's office staff salaries. <br /> Mr. McCown will obtain a printout. <br /> Motion made by Mrs. Cool, seconded by Mrs. Lynch, to adjourn the executive session at 7:05 <br /> p.m. <br /> Roll Call Vote: In favor - Mrs. Mills, Mrs.-Cook, Mrs. Lopez, Mr. Caswell, and Mrs. Lynch; <br /> opposed -none. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> 7,1_4L <br /> Marjorie I .
