1 <br /> MASHPEE SCHOOL COMMITTEE <br /> EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> OCTOBER 11, Zoo <br /> Minutes <br /> Attendees: Chairperson Janice Mills, Theresa Cook, DonnaJean Lopez, Ben Caswell, and <br /> Kathleen Lynch. Also in attendance were Superintendent of Schools Sherwood Fluery and <br /> Business Administrator Fuss McCown. <br /> Mrs. Mills called the executive session to order t . . p.m. in the Teachers' Lounge in the <br /> ashnet School to discuss personnel issues. <br /> Topics of discussion included: <br /> ❖ Mr. Fluery reported on grievance updates <br /> :• Litigation update <br /> Request from Susan weixler to be placed on the Family and Medical Dave Act. <br /> Motion made by Mrs. Lynch, seconded by Mrs. Cool, to approve Mrs. weixler's <br /> request. <br /> Roll Call Note: In favor - Mrs. Mills, Mrs. Cool, Mrs. Lopez, Mr. Caswell, and Mrs. <br /> Lynch; opposed -none. <br /> Motion made by Mrs. Cook, seconded by Mrs. Lynch, to adjourn the executive session at 7-02 <br /> p.m. <br /> Roll Call Note: In favor - Mrs. Mills, Mrs. Cook, Mrs. Lopez, Mr. Caswell, and Mrs. Lynch; <br /> opposed -none. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Marjorie R.
