MASHPEE SCHOOL COMMITTEE REGULAR MEETING APRIL 4,2001 Minutes Attendees: Vice Chairperson Theresa Cook, Berg Caswell, and Kathleen Lynch. Janice Mills and DonnaJean Lopez were absent this evening. Also in attendance were Superintendent of Schools Sherwood Fluery and Business Administrator buss McGown. 1. Call Meeting Mrs. Cook called the regular meeting to order at 6:3 8 p.m. in the to Order Quashnet School Library. 11. Executive Session Motion made by Mrs.Lynch,seconded by Mr. Caswell,to move into executive session to discuss negotiations at 6:39 p.m. Roll Call Vote: In favor—Mrs. Cook, Mr.Caswell, and Mrs, Lynch; opposed—none. The regular meeting reconvened at 7:08 p.m. Ill. Approval of Minutes 3.1 Special Meeting(FY02 Budget)---February 1,2001 —Placed on"Hold"until the May meeting. .2 Executive Session—February 1,2001 —Motion made by Mrs. Lynch, seconded by Mr. Caswell, to approve the minutes of the executive session held on February 1,2001. VOTE: Unanimous 3.3 Special Meeting—February 20,2001 —Placed on"Hold'until the May meeting. .4 Regular Meeting— February 28, 2001 — Motion rade by Mr. Caswell, seconded by Mrs. Lynch, to approve the minutes of the regular meeting held on February 28,2001. VOTE: Unanimous 3.5 Executive Session—March 20, 2001 —Placed on "Hold"' until the May meeting. 3.6 Special Meeting(FY02 Budget)—March 2 2001 —Placed on "Hold"until the May meeting. 3.7 Joint Meeting (FY02 Budget) — March 26., 2001 — Motion mach by Mrs. Lynch, seconded by Mr. Caswell, to approve the minutes of the joint meeting held with the Board of Selectmen and Finance Committe on March 2 61 2001. VOTE: Unanimous IV. Public Forum There was no public input this evening. The following presentations were taken out of order discussed at this time during the meeting.
