MASIAPEE SCHOOL COMMITTEE ITTEE EXECUTIVE SESSION MAY 13 2041 Minutes Attendees: Chairperson Janice Mills, Theresa Cook, DonnaJean Lopez, Ben Caswell, and Kathleen Lynch. Also in attendance was Superintendent of Schools Sherwood Fluery. Mrs. Mills called the executive session to order at 6:41 p.m. in the Quashnet School Library for the purpose of negotiations. Topics of discussion included the following: Mrs. Cook recused herself during the discussion of the bus company issue. • First Student bus parking issue Motion made by Mrs. Lynch, seconded by Mrs. Lopez, to allow first Student ars extension of parking their busses in Falmouth with a proviso that by July 1,2001 they must inform the School Department of their bus location commencing in September. Bali Call Vote: In favor -- Mrs. Mills, Mrs. Lopez, Mr. Caswell, and Mrs. Lynch; absent due to recuse — Mrs. Cools; opposed—none. Discussion followed regarding the"A"employees. Mrs. Mills requested a summary evaluation by October 1, 2001 for all "X" employees completed by their immediate supervisor. One half page as a self-evaluation;the other half,completed by the Superi nte n dent/i rnm e d iate supervisor. After discussion regarding the "X" employee spreadsheet dated. -3/30/01, Mrs. Lynch made a motion to approve the 2001- 2002 salaries reflecting a % salary increase as noted below. Not included in Mrs. Lynch's motion was Don Cook's salary increase.
