Security initiative <br /> Mrs. Cook reiterated that this year the school department, per the Board of Selectmen's request, is one <br /> month ahead of last year's budgeting schedule. After much discussion, the Committee asked for more <br /> dollar figures detailing the above information and, at this point f time, could not accommodate 11 r. � <br /> Fluery's request for a"bottom line" figure for next year. <br /> . Update on FY02 Budget—Mr. Tarl w update the Committee on the FY02 budget stating there is 57.4% <br /> remaining in this year's budget. <br /> . Student residency Questionnaire— Mr. Flu ry explained that due to the number of questionable student <br /> residences, it became necessary to devise ar questionnaire to be completed by the parent or guardian of any <br /> student whose residency is being investigated. Also,a similar questionnaire was devised for all prospective <br /> ashpce enrollments. The Committee will vote on these forms at their January regular meeting. <br /> . Lurch Report Update — November 2001 — Mr. Tarl w update the Committee on the food service <br /> program. He said there have been many improvements thus far and today there was an All-You-Can-Eat <br /> Pasta Day at the high school. This evert attracted a high student participation. <br /> 7.
