MA HPEE SCHOOL COMMITTEE—REGULAR MEETING—JANUARY 7,2002 PAGE <br /> I l.1.3 Elementary School—Mrs. Deis said there was no meeting, <br /> 11.1.4 Curriculum — Mrs. Parolski said there will be meetings held on January 12, <br /> 2002 for the Science and Computer Education curriculum committees. <br /> F <br /> 11.1.5 Finance Committee—A meeting needs to be scheduled. <br /> 11.2 External Reports <br /> 11.2.1 Cape Cod Collaborative — Mrs. Reis reported on a meeting held January 3, <br /> 2002. Discussion focused on enrolling more referrals for 2002, alternative <br /> education for 13-16 year old students. Health care policies and procedures <br /> will be discussed at their next meeting <br /> . <br /> 11.2.2 Leisure Services — There has been no meeting. 11th. Caswell noted a meeting <br /> needs to be scheduled to discuss the Leisure Services office at the high school. <br /> 11.2.3 Safe Transportation Task Force—Mr. Caswell said there has been no meeting. <br /> 11.2.4 Affirmative Action Committee—lir. Flu ry said he was unable to attend the <br /> last meeting. Another meeting has been scheduled for January 2"' <br /> 11.2.5 Boosters Club— Mr. Thomas attended the last meeting where the budget was <br /> discussed_ $2,400 was raised during"Casino Dight" at ino's on New Year's <br /> Eve; the Harmony Club is having a Valentine's Dance on February "'. Their <br /> next meeting is slated for January 1 t". <br /> 11-2.6 Indian Education—Mr. Flu ry had no report this evening. <br /> 11.2.7 Health Advisory Committee — Mrs. Cook said a meetincr has been slated for <br /> January 8,2002 at 6:00 p.m. <br /> X11. Other Mrs. Cooly read aloud the following high school students whowere named to the All- <br /> ape and Islands fall sports.
