MA HPEE SCHOOL COMMITTEE—SPECIAL MEETING—M-ARCH 20,2002 'AGE <br /> Mr. Tarlow proposed investigating possibly cost-sharing with another neighboring district traveling to the <br /> same school. <br /> The Committee instructed Mr. Tarlow to work out this transportation issue with the Cape Cod <br /> Collaborative. <br /> Mrs. Cook suggested forming a town-wide benefits study committee. <br /> . Business Administrator's Monthly nthly Report—In his monthly report,Mr.Tarlow noted the following: <br /> The Mi_JI IS contract has been finalized and the first meeting is slated for March 7ffi <br /> The Mi robudget (Droste Educational Assoc.) software was received with last year's budget <br /> expenditures, this year's budget and vendors all pre-loaded. we are currently conducting final <br /> reconciliation with the Town in order to bring forward year-to-date expense figures. <br /> scope of work for the Coombs School parking lot has been drafted in preparation for designer <br /> selection. <br /> The Quashnet School ramp and freezer are on hold and ready to go upon the close of the school year. <br /> . Executive Session—Motion made by Mr. Caswell, seconded by Mrs.Mills,to move into executive session <br /> at 8:20 p.m. for the purpose of personnel and negotiations. <br /> Roll Call 'Dote: In favor—Mrs. Cook, Mr. Caswell, Mrs. Deis, Mrs. Mills, and Mr. Thomas; opposed— <br /> none. <br /> 10.
