Also In attendance <br /> were Superintendent ofSchools Sherwood Fluery and Business Administrator Michael Tarl w. Also in attendance were <br /> Special Education Director Grace Day and School Attorney William Butler. <br /> Mrs. Cook called the executive session to order at 6;32 p.m. in the Quashnet School Library. <br /> Topics ofdiseussin included: <br /> Attorney Butler and Mrs.Day updated the Committee regarding anon-going special education case. <br /> Mr. Fluery informed the Committee that Kathie-Lynn Esposito requested unpaid leave. After discussion, Mr. <br /> Thomas made a motion that the School Committee grant Mrs. Esp sito's request for family medical leave <br /> under the Family Medical Leave Act commencing March 22, 2002 and expiring cin June 14, 2002 with the <br /> understanding that if she is unable to return to work by June 17, 2002 her employment will be terminated so <br /> that a permanent replacement can be appointed. Motion seconded by Mrs. Mills. <br /> Moll Call Vote: In favor— Mrs. Cool, Mr. Caswell, Mrs. Reis, Mrs. Mills, and Mrs. Thomas; opposed — <br /> non . <br /> School Choice <br /> Motion made by Mrs.. Mills, seconded by Mr. Caswell,to adjourn the executive session at 7:04 p.m. <br /> Moll Call Vote: In favor—Mrs. Cool,Mr.Caswell,Mrs.Reis,Mrs. Mills,and Mrs.Thomas;opposed—none. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Marjorie R.
