New Business 10.1 u erintendent's Office Hours—Mr. Tarl w informed the Committee the <br /> Superintendent's Office and Business Office will be on"flex time"during <br /> the summer. The office will be covered between 7:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday <br /> through Friday. <br /> XT. Committee Reports 11.1 Sub-Committee Reports <br /> 11.1.1 Negotiations—Unit C members need to sign the contract. <br /> 11.1.2 High School—Mrs.Mills and Mrs. Reis will meeting at the high school <br /> regarding the high school handbook; Mr. Caswell commended the high <br /> school graduation ceremony that was held indoors for the first time. <br /> 11.1.3 Elementary School—No report this evening. <br /> 11.1.4 Curriculum — Mrs. Parlsli said the committee will reactivate in the <br /> fall with Health/Physical Education, Art, and History/Social Science as <br /> being the curricula to be revised. <br /> 11.2 External Reports <br /> 11.2.1 Cape Cod Collaborative — Mrs. Lopez said this committee will resume <br /> in the fall. <br /> 11,2.2 Leisure Services—Mr. Thomas said the last meeting for this committee <br /> was postponed, however, he said the repair of the Quashnet School <br /> field is not going to happen because of loam and associated issues with <br /> the recreation field at Heritage Parr. <br /> 11.2.3 Safe Transportation Task Force—There was no report this evening, <br /> 11.2.4 Affirmative Action Committee — Mrs. Lopez said this committee is <br /> redefining itself to make compatible for tolerance for bate. <br /> 11.2.5 Boosters Club — Mr. Thomas updated the Committee on the status of <br /> the high school press box where the slab is going in and should be <br /> ready by August 1, 2002. The Board of Selectmen earmarked $3,500 <br /> for this project. <br /> 11.2.6 Indian Education—Mrs. Lopez said this committee has recessed for the <br /> summer. <br /> XI1. Other There were no issues discussed under"Other"this evening. <br />
