I onnaJ an Lopez was absent this <br /> evening. Also in attendance was Superintendent ofSchools Patricia Farlsi. <br /> Mrs. Mills called the first executive session to order at 6:39 p.m. in the High School Principal's Conference Room. <br /> Topics of discussion included the following: <br /> Mrs. Parlsli discussed the"X"'employee contract status <br /> Audio-Visual T chni ian ideograph r job description r <br /> Motion made by Mr. Thomas, seconded by Mr. Caswell,to approve the audio-visual technician v ideographer job <br /> description with the recommended changes for 15 hours per week at$10.23 per hour. <br /> Roll Call Vote: In favor--Mrs.Mills,Mr.Thomas,Mrs.Reis,and Mr.Caswell;opposed—none. <br /> Massachusetts Association of School Committee's 2002 Outstanding School Partners awards. <br /> Motion made by Mr. Thomas, seconded by Mr. Caswell, to approve supporting the MAS 's nominations of the <br /> Mashpee Concert Committee and WillowbendChildren's Charity as recipients of this award. <br /> Doll Call Vote; In favor—Mrs. Mills,Mr. Thomas,Mrs.Rei s,and Mr. Caswell; opposed=-none. <br /> Mr. Tarlow"s mem.o regarding signage of warrants. <br /> Superintendent's office hours. Mrs. Prlski informed the Committee the Superintendent's office will be covered <br /> from 6:00 a.m.until 4:30 p.m.Monday through Friday.
